Woodland wellbeing days

For women of all ages.

We all know how busy life can be -  whether you work, are a parent, a carer or not, we all need time to reset, relax and rejoice to be the best version of ourselves. With that in mind we have designed our woodland wellbeing sessions as a space to support all women to connect to nature, explore their creativity and take some time out for themselves. Come and join us for some time in our beautiful woodland at Whistlewood Common gathered round our campfire.

Each session will provide:

  • A warm welcome from our session facilitators

  • A beautiful and peaceful space

  • Guided opportunities to connect with nature

  • Creative crafts with expert tuition

  • Home made cakes and unlimited hot drinks

  • Opportunities to observe and learn about nature, wildlife and the environment

  • Chances to learn conservation and bushcraft skills

  • Plenty of chat and laughter!

Every session will be different and we anticipate that they will develop in tune with the needs and interests of the group
